Overview

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is seeking an experienced Senior Value Orchestrator – Infrastructure Delivery to lead and govern the delivery of strategic technology initiatives across our Network Engineering, Facilities Enablement, and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) portfolios.

This role serves as a critical partner to technology leaders, Service Managers, Engineers, Architects, and stakeholders to ensure that work is properly prioritized, planned, tracked, and delivered. The Senior Value Orchestrator will drive visibility, accountability, and operational excellence through effective use of Jira and Confluence, while fostering collaboration across technical and business teams.

The ideal candidate combines Agile delivery expertise with strong infrastructure project management experience and has a proven track record managing large-scale initiatives involving network deployments, site openings, office relocations, facility upgrades, technology refreshes, and infrastructure modernization projects.

Based on organizational needs and your experience, you may occasionally serve as a Scrum Master or Delivery Manager. You seek to continuously improve your own skills, the effectiveness of your team, and the organization’s understanding of Agile and product development. You leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity, improve decision-making, and achieve business objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery coordination for Infrastructure initiatives across Network Engineering, Facilities Enablement, and M&A integration programs.
  • Facilitate planning, prioritization, execution, and reporting of initiatives, epics, stories, and operational work.
  • Drive alignment between business objectives, technical roadmaps, and delivery priorities.
  • Help identify risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and blockers while ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
  • Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards, status reporting, and portfolio metrics.
  • Visualize and optimize the flow of value for the groups you support (e.g. Portfolios, products, teams…)
  • Lead the adoption of Agile and Product practices and ensure teams understand and apply those practices to how they work.
  • Educate and coach teams and partners to adopt Agile ways of working.
  • Provide guidance and training to product teams on Agile methodologies and supporting Product delivery practices.
  • Design new methods for enhancing organizational agility.
  • Assess Agile maturity levels of teams and individuals to identify and address gaps.
  • Monitor and address potential blockers to Agile adoption and effectiveness.
  • Align initiatives with organizational goals, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Serve as a Jira and Confluence coach for Infrastructure teams.
  • Ensure work is accurately documented, maintained, and tracked through Jira workflows, boards, epics, initiatives, and sprint artifacts.
  • Establish and maintain standards for backlog hygiene, workflow management, reporting, and governance.

Coordinate delivery of:

  • Network refresh and modernization initiatives
  • SD-WAN, Cloud and WAN infrastructure projects
  • Facilities Enablement activities
  • Office openings, closures, and relocations
  • Infrastructure technology deployments
  • Data center and telecommunications initiatives
  • Mergers, acquisitions, and site integration projects
  • Work closely with Network Engineering, Infrastructure Operations, Security, Facilities, and external vendors to ensure successful execution.

Minimum Qualifications

•    3–5 years of experience of experience in Agile Delivery, Program Delivery, Project Management, Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or Value Orchestration roles. 
•    3+ years of experience supporting Infrastructure, Network Engineering, Facilities, Telecommunications, or Enterprise Technology initiatives. 
•    Familiarity with SD-WAN, WAN, LAN, wireless networking, cloud, telecommunications, and infrastructure. 
•    Experience using Jira and Confluence for portfolio management, delivery tracking, reporting, and documentation. 
•    Excellent communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions.
•    Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
•    Experience managing large cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and teams. 
•    Strong knowledge of Agile, Kanban, Scrum, and Lean delivery methodologies. 
•    Experience facilitating executive-level reviews, governance forums, and operational planning sessions. 
•    Experience supporting Network Engineering organizations. 
•    Experience with Facilities Enablement and site infrastructure projects. 
•    Experience managing M&A technology integration initiatives. 
•    Experience creating executive dashboards and portfolio reporting. 
•    Agile, Scrum Master, SAFe, PMP, or related certifications preferred.
•    Demonstrated growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
 
Note: Candidates with various levels of experience and seniority are welcome to apply. This role is a hybrid of Agile Coaching, Scrum Master, and Delivery Manager.  Positions will be matched based on the candidate's experience, skills, and aptitude.
