Administer sales system including: creating and/or running reports, creating and/or cascading goals, account and territory management, staff training, etc.Distribute monthly sales reports from internal and external sources ensuring data integrity and ease of use, align brands with suppliersPrepare commercial analysis that recaps business performance by trade channel and sales inputsOrganize and maintain account segmentation data within Information Technology system; review and update quarterlyUpdate master records to define customer account segmentationClassify accounts based on volume and/or revenuesTrack competitive pricing activity based on sales inputCreate daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly pricing reports and analysisRun standard and ad hoc reports for business and supplier needsAnalyze and rank teams and sales representatives that fail to deliver minimal standardsIdentify potential brand risks and opportunitiesRecap performance goals, and volume goalsPerform maintenance of data dimensions and routine updating of tracking tools to promote accuracy and accountabilityPerform other duties as assigned
Proficient at calculating commissions, percentages, and reviewing comparative sales data for analysisExpert in Excel with regards to Data Management, Reporting, and Data AnalysisExperience with Excel VBA, PowerPivot, and relational databases is strongly desiredExpert knowledge of Excel VBA and PowerPivot with Sales experienceMust maintain strong working knowledge of portfolio and productsPossess the ability to perform complicated analysis like forecasting, regression, and cannibalizationImpeccable organization and time management skills to handle multiple projects successfullyAbility to quickly learn various business solutions programs (e.g., Diver, Business Objects, Sales Nav, Tableau etc)Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and customers
