The Commercial Planning Analyst serves as a liaison between the Corporate Commercial Planning Team and the Commercial Organization to provide client services type support of the applications within the planning ecosystem. This position requires expertise in Commercial Planning applications and the associated business processes. This role acts as the business representative in the maintenance of the applications. This individual helps determine opportunities to improve the end-user experience related to technology and/or process. This position leads the support of our commercial teams to enable efficient use of our applications. Additionally, the Commercial Planning Analyst will play a key role in current and future projects involving the corporate Commercial Planning team.
Deliver client services, applications support, and issue resolution for the Commercial Planning applications ecosystem
Handle administrative functions for Commercial Planning applications, including application configuration support, user set-up, and security
Communicate with end-users clearly and frequently until issues are resolved
Troubleshoot application issues and identify root causes; escalate issues to Commercial Planning leadership
Conduct requirements gathering sessions and translate them into high-level business requirements
Create and maintain functional and technical documentation for Commercial Planning applications and establish a knowledge base for end-user self-service
Support the education and training of end-users, working to increase end-user proficiency and adoption of implemented solutions
Assist with change management efforts to drive adoption of new tools and, governance
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
