Customer Development Business Analyst - National Accounts

Description
Provide analytical support and compile data from a variety of sources in support of National Accounts On-Premise customers,
suppliers and sales teams in an on-going effort to increase overall productivity and level of sales support.
Responsibilities:
Provide reporting and analytics to the National Accounts On-Premise sales teams calling on key customers
Conduct research to uncover key issues, benchmarks, and best practices
Submit findings and provide recommendations for the business
Analyze business performance scorecards with specific commentary focused on business drivers, performance trends,
risks and opportunities
Influence performance based culture through development of analytics, tools and technology leading to increased transparency,
accountability and best practice for the business
Research and analyze pricing, inventory and compliance nationally for our key customers and stakeholders
Work in a team oriented environment to develop solutions for our customer, suppliers and sales teams
Create reports for various presentations as requested and required
Assist the senior analysts and other subject matter professionals as warranted

Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting or related field of study.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in a corporate environment
  • Previous experience in an analytical role preferred
  • Supplier and wholesaler experience a plus
  • Beverage Industry experience a plus
  • Consumer Packed Goods industry experience
Critical Capabilities
Advance capabilities in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
Skilled or easily adaptable to Tableau
Working knowledge of SAP systems
Advanced knowledge of SAP Business Objects
Experienced with Microsoft SharePoint and associated tools
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong analytical and communication skills both verbal and written

Must be able to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
