SR HCM QA Analyst

Job Description
Creates, prepares and implements systems quality assurance reviews for numerous applications. Responsible for primary development of testing strategies.
Consults with users, providing advice and direction. Uses independent judgment to perform complex analysis of business requirements and technical system
specifications. Executes test plans and scripts to facilitate complex testing activities. Provides specific technical guidance on defects to developers for SAP HCM,
Payroll, Benefits, Time management, Kronos, BSI , ESS and UAT experience.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of information technology quality assurance and systems/application testing with SAP HR systems including SAP HCM, PA, OM, BN, TM, PY and
Success factors
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Location Miramar FL, Travel 10%

The responsibilities for this role are:
Develop test plans, including test conditions and expected results, test cases, and test scripts
Identify test data requirements and work with other teams as needed to create and maintain test data
Execute testing, including documentation of test results and defects
Assist in defect troubleshooting and resolution
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of software testing tools
Create, run, and maintain reports to measure and track testing metrics
Participate in testing automation, including script development and maintenance
Stay up-to-date on software application testing tools and best practices
Deliver quality and testing process training to IT staff and project teams
Perform quality and testing audits across the various IT functions to ensure quality and testing standards, procedures and methodologies are being followed
properly and consistently
Mentor peers to help them build capabilities, Improve efficiency of team

Qualifications
REQUIRED SKILLS
SAP SKILLS
oSAP Personnel Administration – PA
Testing of standard and custom configuration of SAP PA module
Ability to support Master Data Interfaces to/from external systems
Sap Standard and Custom PA report expertise
oSAP Payroll – PY
Testing of standard and custom configuration of SAP Payroll module including HRSP and TUBs
Ability to support PY Interfaces to/from SAP
Sap Standard and Custom PY report expertise
oSAP Kronos, BSI and SAP ESS - MSS
Ability to support KRONOS Interfaces
Testing of BSI TAX FACTORY
Tax Factory Maintenance and TUBS testing
BSI Standard and Custom report expertise

Expertise with software application test planning and execution and related tools
Strong team players with willingness to collaborate
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong capability to execute tasks with quality
Proficient oral and written communication skills
Ability to perform software application test planning and execution tasks
Good time management skills (i.e. works efficiently)
Good attention to detail
Ability to work within a team environment as well as independently
Basic understanding of the software applications under area of responsibility for testing
Experience working with a testing organization that is located offshore
Experience executing a testing scenario focused on quality assurance of development and

EDUCATION
High School diploma, GED, or vocational training Required
Bachelor’s or Technical Degree Preferred (computer science, information systems, business
administration or other industry related curriculum)
Note: Sufficient and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the educational requirements
EXPERIENCE
7 or more years of work experience in IT, including experience in a software application testing role

TRAVEL
Domestic travel, less than 10%
