Regional Business Analyst

Regional Business Analyst (East Region)
Position Function and Summary:
Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Regional Operations, the Regional Business Analyst is responsible for executing all regional reporting
needs forOperations in conjunction with the “COE” for Business Analytics corporately. S/he will manage regional Operations KPIs, actively analyze
data toidentify improvement opportunities, monitor financial performance and collaborate with counterparts in other regions to implement or
improve analyticsolutions and share best practices. An ideal candidate will be analytical and solution-oriented.

Core Responsibilities:
Provide data, analysis and findings to inform strategic Regional decision making in financial spends, fleet, workplace safety, sustainability,
regulatory & compliance, and the distribution structure
Assist the Sr. Director, Regional Operations with timely, accurate, pertinent information and analysis as well as aid in monitoring,
evaluating and improving performance and related metrics of the Supply Chain operation
Initiate and collaboratively develop opportunities with the key stakeholders to improve processes and reduce costs in Region
Assess current Region-specific supply chain and make recommendations on optimization and deliver significant cost advantages to SGWS
Tracks Regional P&L and reviews other Regional financials for Operations and Supply Chain trends and improvement opportunities
Manages and tracks regional incentive bonuses as they are rolled out across the regions
Collaborate with counterparts in other regions to implement or improve analytic solutions and share best practices
Support a long-term vision of Supply Chain through effective analysis and implementation of business processes to enable
organizational transformation in the Region
Create innovative approaches to tackle business issues through analysis of data
Develop accurate complex excel models using macros and advanced analytical functions in a fast-paced environment
Responsible for data integrity, data quality assurance and risk mitigation of future errors (e.g., develop controls, etc.)
Participate in Region led management activities focused on solving business issues and enhancing SGWS’ competitive advantage
Serve as a liaison between the specialized departments within and outside the Supply Chain organization, working cross-functionally and
cross-regionally to develop strategic planning with a holistic approach to future business needs
Ability to facilitate and influence points of views with colleagues at all levels
Interfaces With:
Sr. Director, Regional Operations
Director of Analytics and Reporting for Corporate Supply Chain
Corporate Supply Chain Analysts
Regional Operations Specialists
Regional Business Analysts across all Regions

Qualifications
Role Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required (Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Engineering field strongly preferred)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, supply chain or finance preferred
Experience with project management best practices
Experience developing and improving processes
Ability drive results with minimal supervision
Ability to manage deadlines, organize and prioritize work and work with other functional teams
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong interpersonal skills
Knowledge of the end-to-end supply chain management preferred
Green belt certification, including project completion preferred
Proficient user of MS Office suite
Experience writing SQL preferred
Ability to travel on a regular basis
