CPWS Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst- Kentucky/ Indiana

    Job Description

    The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst will report to the FP&A Manager and will be responsible for the annual operating plan, financial modeling, monthly variance analysis, P&L reporting and education.The Analyst will provide day to day analysis in support of business decisions and company-wide initiatives and will partner cross functionally to achieve the division’s financial objectives.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES(include, but are not limited to, the following; other duties may be assigned):

    • Support the development of the AOP, LE and R&O's

    • Track incremental supplier funding and programming

    • Partner with Sales on development of annual operating plan (i.e., volume targets)

    • P&L modeling and scenario analysis to enhance Gross profit dollars and margin

    • Provide ongoing analytics to support the delivery of the annual plan (i.e., account and sales consultant analytics)

    • Analyze and report on key variances to the AOP

    • Provide VPM analytics and commentary

    • Lead development of financial reporting suite / partner with local and National BI teams

    • Support Finance Education platform

    • Measurement and evaluation of pricing programs

    • Partner with our marketing teams on the creation of incentive programs to ensure correct goals are set and tracking can be facilitated.

    • Manage tracking of incentive programs and process bonus payouts in our internal system


      Required Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field
      • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products including advanced excel skills
      • Financial analysis and forecasting experience
      • ERP proficiency
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      • Demonstrated ability to influence across the organization
      • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and people skills.
      • Strong team player; ability to multi-task
