SuccessFactors Analyst, HRIS

The HRIS Analyst is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the HR Information System including system administration, data integrity, data analysis, consultation and reporting from SuccessFactors and SAP.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between Human Resources and Information Technology to provide systems support and analysis and to leverage technology solutions to meet the needs of HR and Users of HR information systems

  • Assist department staff with technical issues related to the use of HRIS systems

  • Review processes and procedures to implement changes to improve department performance and service levels for Performance Appraisal process, Succession, and Development

  • Assist staff in the creation of queries to select and compile information from the HRIS system as needed

  • Participates in meetings to perform analysis of change requests and/or recommendations and translates into proper business system requirements

  • Create ad hoc reports in SuccessFactors

  • Assist HR team members with technical issues related to the HRIS system by investigating problems and developing detailed suggestions for resolution

  • Assist in the review, testing and implementation of modules in SuccessFactors

  • Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix

  • Assist in HRIS design, development, and creation of training guides for all users

  • Perform other job related duties as assigned


Minimum Qualifications

·Bachelor degree plus 1 year of experience with SuccessFactors BizX Suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with SuccessFactors talent management systems to include Performance Management, Goals, Development, Succession, and Employee Profile/PeopleProfile modules

  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills

  • Considerable knowledge of SuccessFactors operations and computer systems analysis

  • Considerable ability to follow complex oral and written instructions

  • Working Knowledge of and experience in utilizing and creating databases and spreadsheets

  • Considerable ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with employees

  • Considerable ability to solve problems related to computer software and operations

  • Possess good communication skills both orally and in writing.

  • Demonstrate accuracy, thoroughness and strong attention to detail

  • Ability to maintain discretion and work with sensitive/confidential subject matter required

  • Ability to be self-motivated and work independently
