Document Management Processor

Description
Responsible for scanning all documents received and processed by SSD and all divisions.
Responsible for indexing (early archiving) all invoices into proper workflow.
Responsible for indexing Supplier Billing Chargebacks
Prepares documents for late archiving/scanning for Accounts Payable, Inventory Costing, General Ledger
and Supplier Billing departments.
Makes corrections to scanned images.
Supports internal and external audit activities, as required, to ensure that auditors are provided with the
necessary information to complete their audits timely.
Responsible for opening, sorting and stamping incoming departmental mail.
Responsible for mailing out A/P checks.
Responsible for concatenating, printing and mailing Supplier Billing invoices and statements.
Responsible for maintaining electronically transmitted supplier's credits/invoices, freight and customs invoices.

Qualifications
Key Qualifications and Requirements:

At least 2-5 years of Data Entry environment preferred.
High School Diploma or GED Required.
Knowledge and experience with an Imaging System a plus.
Knowledge of standard Document Management concepts, practices and procedures.
Knowledge and experience with an Enterprise Financial System, SAP a plus.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Good customer service skills.
Exercise good judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
Proficiency in PC skills, particularly word processing and spreadsheet applications.
Team player, energetic, self-starter, motivator.
Ability to multi-task and handle large volumes of paper.
Critical nature of this job may require extended hours.
