POSITION SUMMARY:This position supports the SGWS Albertsons/Vons/Pavilions team (Director and Account Executives) in managing time lines, due dates, accuracy of reports and information communicated to the account. Desired applicant must have the ability to manage various projects at one time, have excellent Excel skills and understand Diver, Case o Matics, Nielsen, E-deals (Demand-Tec). Strong communication skills are also required for this position.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and assist in the day to day needs of SGWS Albertsons/Vons/Pavilions account
- Work with Director of Sales and Chain AE’s in managing planning disks, E-deals submissions & QD tracking
- Maintain records and recaps of financial spends (scans and QD’s) – keeping a running tally of any outstanding programs
- Support Director of Sales and Chain AE’s in submitting ENIF’s (new item paperwork)
- Manage scan entry in to E-deals and managing of Demand-Tec account
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:
a.Minimum 2 years’ experience in analyzing, interpreting and presenting data
b.Knowledge of internal workings of Albertsons/Vons/Pavilions Stores
2.Category management skills
a.IRI/Nielsen syndicated experience required
b.Strong analytical skills required
c.Understanding fact-based selling techniques
d.Panel/loyalty card experience a plus
a.Strong teamwork skills - possess exceptional group facilitation skills
b.Strong planning/organizing skills - capable of managing major projects simultaneously
c.Strong written and verbal communication skills
d.Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities and implement solutions with limited direction
e.Ability to work independently, prioritize and achieve multiple deadlines
f.Excellent project management skills
a.Advanced Excel skills, with proficient Word and PowerPoint skills required.
b.Working knowledge of Diver, Sales Nav and Compass
c.Working knowledge of Nielsen data.
